1. Kit

Depending on the type of construction, as of the upper edge of the cellar, your Merlin house will cost the following including all the walls, the inside and outside doors, as well as the roof as a kit:

 

Kit costs are approx. 380 to 430 Euros per square metre of living space.


2. Ready to Use

For the ready-to-use construction of your dream house, including the foundation, sanitary installation, electrics work, and assembly, an additional 500 to 600 Euros per square metre must be calculated. Decisive here is the cost of the tradesmen at your construction location as well as your individual configuration wishes. These have the greatest effect on the price.

 

Ready-to-use costs are approx. 1.000 Euros per square metre of living space.
